RETURN POLICY; All returns must have written approval/authorization from Inland Yachts included. Unused products in original containers in undamaged and resalable condition are acceptable, within 20 days of original shipment. All returns subject to a 25% restocking charge. All returns must be prepaid - COD shipments will not be accepted.
DAMAGE: All products are unpacked and inspected prior to shipment to you. No products are shipped with damage, with the exception of some original pieces that may be antiques (i.e., rustic or distressed). If you have a question concerning an antique piece, email us. All damage claims must be directed to the freight/parcel delivery service. All items are shipped insured.
